Delivery Policy
Typical Shipping and Delivery Times:
1-5 business days for the product to be shipped.
10-15 business days for the product to be delivered.
Delivery Options:
FREE STANDARD DELIVERY - Upon placement of the order, the product should ship out within 5 business days. Delivery will take place approximately 10 to 15 business days after the order has been received. Some products require a signature and some do not, it will depend on the price of the product. If the delivery driver does not feel comfortable leaving the package outside the home, they will keep it at a pickup location and leave you a note or attempt re-delivery at a later date.
FREE WHITE GLOVE IN HOUSE DELIVERY + INSTALLATION - If you order a floor clock and select this shipping option at checkout, the product will ship within 5 business days after you place the order. Our delivery men and/or women will then schedule a delivery time over the phone with you when the clock is close to your location; this will occur approximately 10-15 business days after you place the order. Once a time has been set, the delivery men and/or women will arrive to your location at the scheduled time and begin the installation. The technicians will; walk the clock into your home and to the room you would like it to be set up, they will then unpack and set up the clock, move it into your desired position, get it started up, and clean up all of the packaging for disposal. This truly is the full service package and all costs are included in the price of the clock.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment method for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via phone or e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within five business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for delivery.
Order Shipment:
All products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. As a result, shipment times may vary.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your payment method, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you a shipping notification within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive shipping information from us within six business days of your order, please follow up with us at Info@Grandfathertimeclocks.com or give us a call.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make a note of it on the document when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to Info@Grandfathertimeclocks.com, and we will process a return/exchange/refund on your behalf.
