White Glove Delivery Service
*PLEASE NOTE: COVID-19 restrictions may impact our ability to provide this service in your area. If we are unable to provide this service we will contact you to let you know and inform you which delivery method we are able to use to get the product to you!
HOW WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY WORKS
Once you place the order, the product will be picked up from our manufacturing facility within 5 business days. From there it will be shipped to a terminal close to the delivery address you have included in your order. You will then receive a phone call to set up an appointment for delivery. Once an appointment has been set, it is important that you keep it as there may be extra fees associated with an appointment being cancelled.
On the day of the delivery, the delivery personnel will bring the product right inside your home and place it in the room you would like it. Then, the delivery personnel will unpack the product and set it exactly where you want it. Once set, the delivery persons will dispose of all packaging and debris. All the hard work is completed for you!
They are authorized to climb up or down 2 flights of stairs; if the delivery persons must travel up or down more than 2 flights please let us know in an email.
We recommend that you keep the box the product arrives in. If you decide to move the product at a later date the box can come in very handy. If you plan on moving your grandfather clock yourself, it can be difficult and may result in damages to the clock. We do recommend that you get professionals to pack up the clock for moving.

Although we are not able to offer the setup, you will find that at the most it takes about 5 minutes to complete the setup. You will receive instructions in the box and you can find instructions here on our website as to how you can setup the clock or cabinet.
Threshold Delivery: This method entails delivery to the front/side/back door of the residence. Unlike White Glove Delivery, the delivery personnel will not enter the home or do any unpacking. All they will do is drop it off at the front door and gather your signature before leaving the premises. This is the option that will be used if your residence/office is in a restricted in-home delivery area due to COVID19.
VERY IMPORTANT FOR ALL METHODS OF DELIVERY: If the box has any holes or damage that is visible - OR the shock watch is reading any color other than green, please write that the package is damaged next to your signature. Include details such as; crushed corners, holes in the box, product is visible inside of the packaging, ect. You may then sign the page and open the package, if the clock is damaged at all please REFUSE DELIVERY and notify us RIGHT AWAY. We would appreciate photos of the damage to help us expedite the freight claims process. Once we receive the damaged product back at our warehouse we will ship another clock or cabinet for you or offer you a full refund.
