Can the clock be returned if it doesn’t work for us
If the clock arrives damaged we will certainly send a return label and process an exchange/refund for you on your behalf. If the clock arrives in good condition but you find that it doesn't fit your vision for the room/area, we can still process a return/exchange for you if you are willing to cover the return shipping. If you would like to exchange the item for a different one there is no additional charge other than the return shipping and the price difference between the clocks. If you would like to cancel the order altogether and receive a refund, there will be a cancelation fee totaling 25% of the purchase price of the clock as described in our policies.
